TEST 2

#1 Solution to Challenges In Business

|todays thought| there is one solution to almost all home
based business challenges. This solution is fundamental to
success and is right in front of our faces as home business
entrepreneurs every darn day. It also holds true for most
other industries including faith based orginazations, non profits
and chances are, whatever type of business you are growing or
are thinking about Growing. It is….

….Recruit More People

Now I don’t mean this in a bad or negative way at all. Recruiting
plays a huge part in the success of nearly all business. Whether
it’s adding a new Executive, Secratary, Spokesperson, Investor,
Partner, Distributor, Director, Mentor or whatever else it may be.
Does this sound familiar?

-Maybe its revenue problems; Add more salespeople. Use #1 Solution to Challenges In Business!
-Maybe its your time constraints; Add more assistants. Use #1 Solution to Challenges In Business!
-Maybe your team has flatlined; Add a new Distributor or two. Use #1 Solution to Challenges In Business!
-Maybe your not well connected enough; Partner with someone who is. You get the point.
-Maybe you’re too old, or too young; Make some new Partnerships. Same thing as last time.
-Maybe you’re the wrong color, sex or nationality; Make some new Partnerships. Is there a pattern here?
-Maybe, just maybe, you’re LAZY; Find a few good people who aren’t lazy. Uh huh.
So in almost all cases with all challenges;  Use #1 Solution to Challenges In Business!

So the word recruiting is a good word. It’s a word that might
sound kind of dirty or shady to you at first. This has to do with
the way we are brought up. Don’t worry too much about it though,
no matter what word you use in its place to make yourself feel
better about it, its still just Recruiting.
