All I am trying to say here is that it is up to us as individuals
to man up to our current circumstances. Once we own it
it becomes very easy to create a plan of action to make any
necessary adjustments.

Massive action is the cureall answer for most challenges
in life. Whatever you find yourself in the midst of, taking
massive action will create the momentum needed to achieve
the desired outcome.

|today’s thought| when out with friends from high school who are “obviously” still a bad influence; lol, it’s best to go home early rather than drink & party til the sun comes up….

It’s so true that we don’t spend nearly as much time with old friends as
we should. Everybody’s busy… Life is happening all around us. Priorities
become kids, work, etc. etc. etc.

This is not anything new. Whats new for most is the fact that there is a
way to overcome this challenge. I have made it my lifes work to assist
qualified people achieve freedom. Let’s pray some of my old friends come
to freedomsville with me so we can live life all day every day togther. If
they don’t, I’ll have to play golf with the other retirees. Who cares if they’re
mostly twice my age.

We both know things have changed forever.

There’s No Way To Justify It Whatsoever!

Can you really benefit using Traditional Solutions To Money Problems
these days? There’s just no way you can convince me that it makes
more sense for my wife and I to go out and get three jobs between us
in order to duplicate the income we produce with our traditional Real
Estate Companies. For the most part we feel like these companies own
us, bigtime. I even feel a little bit guilty writing this post.


Even as the so called owners, we find it impossible to create the same type
of revenue in the same number of hours as we once did back in the “good
old days” of 2005 & 2006. That’s kind of supposed to be funny. Sometimes
my attempts at humor really stink.

What I didn’t realize until much more recently, is that all the challenges
we faced while relying on Traditional Solutions to Money Problems, along
with the changes in the Real Estate world over the last 5 years, were there the
whole time like a lighthouse at night, shining brightly to warn of the impending
doom if a new course of travel was not set.

We saw it all coming. We braced for it and we have managed to keep
the ship on course through the storm. This is primarily due to leverage.
There are many types of leverage. The problem is, traditional solutions
to money problems typically teach you to become someone elses leverage
rather than use that energy to create you’re own Leverage.

Please don’t take me as a whiner. I am blessed and feel very fortunate
to have had the success we’ve enjoyed. The ups and downs in the
Real Estate world will wind up being the thing that we point to most
as the driving force behind our decision to expand our business lives beyond
traditional solutions to money problems.


We love being able to buck the trend and it is such a great feeling
knowing that those traditional solutions to money problems that we used to
rely on, are now just something that other people deal with, thanks to the
leverage we have and continue to create with our Internet Franchise.


Don’t get me wrong, we’re not where we want to be just yet. The
destination has been identified and the course of direction has been set.
What we do know is that the very near future will be filled with some fast
paced action as we follow through on the mission we set out to achieve.


This was not a post for the purpose of plugging our Internet Franchise
so I won’t say anymore. There is plenty of time for me to share my vision
with you.




Count your blessings. We multiply ‘em.

You see, my dad is an old school small business man that never understood how to apply Leverage In Business.

All the same, Leverage in business works much the same way it does in the practical sense. Utilization of a tool, tactic or talent which makes either a process or an outcome less burdensome for the participants.

I have read [somewhere] that in business either you HAVE Leverage or you ARE Leverage.

Ultimate Leverage - In Motion

This is so true. Whether at a Job, an independent contractor, a small business person or a CEO, Leverage plays an important role. Let’s look at a practical examples:

-Job- In most jobs Leverage is not possible for the employee. The employer has all the Leverage, YOU and all your fellow colleagues.

-Independent contractor- As an Independent Professional, you can either have Leverage or be leverage. Most are Leverage for the owner of the company that holds their license. Some, build teams of people to work ‘with’ them. In this case, they create a small amount of Leverage for themselves.

-Small business owner- Here is where it gets interesting. In the beginning you are your business which means you are the CEO, the Secretary, the Marketing guy & the Janitor. If you make it through that phase, in many cases your business is strong enough to create Leverage (hire staff to do the work) while you build the business bigger & stronger.

-CEO- So you’ve made it [you think]! You are running a company that in many cases a ‘board of directors’ hired you to. Here you definately HAVE Leverage. Your the big cheese. You earn income based on the efforts of everyone. This is great, except that at the same time you ARE Leverage for the board of directors and in many cases the shareholders. This trade off works for some and others wouldn’t think of it.

Leverage - The Stuffy Way

To wrap things up; Leverage In Business imitates Leverage in practical application.

Specialized use of a ‘force’ applied properly can really have a dramatic impact on a situation or circumstance.
