This exercise is something your mind is doing whether you want it to or not.
I always suggest using your brain on purpose and do the things by which
you are growing, not stagnating or regressing. Look in your own eyes. They
tell the story. You’ve got to listen to your gut. That is where the willpower
comes from. it all starts with a decision.
We both know things have changed forever.
